本分会的主题是半导体材料的制备、表征和器件应用。所涉及的半导体材料包括但不限于：

1、半导体硅材料；

2、光电子半导体材料如磷化铟等III-V半导体材料；

3、功率半导体材料如碳化硅、氮化镓；

4、有机和有机/无机杂化半导体材料；

5、前沿半导体材料如氧化镓、氮化铝、金刚石。

 The theme of this session is the preparation, characterization, and device applications of semiconductor materials. The semiconductor materials include, but are not limited to:

 1. Silicon materials;

 2. Optoelectronic semiconductor materials (e. g., indium phosphide and other III–V semiconductors);

 3. Power semiconductor materials (e. g., silicon carbide and gallium nitride);

 4. Organic and organic/inorganic hybrid semiconductor materials;

 Emerging semiconductor materials (e. g., gallium oxide, aluminum nitride, and diamond).
